A hanging nest comes with us that day. A ground nest usually takes a few days because the colony carries the treatment inside.

Wasps do not reuse the old nest. New queens often pick the same kind of corner next year. A new nest in a different spot is a new visit.

If we can't safely reach the area (locked gate, pets outside, unsafe conditions): no charge, and we set a new time.
